Braille Children’s Books
Descriptive Video
A collection of popular video titles with a descriptive audio track for people who are visually impaired or blind. Additional titles are available through the Suffolk County Library System.
Talking Books Loan Program
A free library service for individuals who cannot hold, handle or see well enough to use regular print books. LITBL is a sub-regional library of the National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. LITBL lends professionally recorded books and magazines (and the special equipment needed to play them) to eligible residents on Long Island.
